Meet Our Staff
We have carefully selected a team of committed childcare practitioners. Our robust recruitment procedure ensures that all staff are required to go through our vigorous vetting system, to include as a minimum standard, an Early Years and Childcare qualification at Level 3. All new staff must then complete a mandatory induction period to enable them to fully understand their role and to familiarise themselves with our policies and procedures.
Ongoing supervision and training is arranged to ensure staff are fully equipped to carry out their role effectively.
