After-School Club
Our After Care room is registered to take 20 children up to the age of 12 years where the ratio in this room is 1 staff member to 8 children.
We aim to provide a safe, caring and fun place for primary aged children. At present school “pickups” only take place at Lenzie Meadow Primary School, Millersneuk and Holy Family Primary School. We’ll collect your child at the end of the school day and can take care of them until 6pm.
Our club offers children a wide range of activities to choose from in a safe and secure environment. After a hard day at school we want our children to relax and unwind in a variety of ways. We provide a whole range of activities for the children to choose from, arts crafts, messy play, as well as an Xbox, computer, air hockey table, table tennis, construction, books and small world. The children also have the opportunity to take part in baking activities and outdoor play.
Our dedicated and experienced staff work with the children and encourage them to take ownership of the room and they help to make the decisions about the environment and activities.
We provide a snack and drink for the children when they come in from school.
